Offering a job in exchange for an endorsement? Where have you been? This is the most common way to get an endorsement. Have you ever heard, “vote for me and I'll put two chickens in every pot”? It’s not bribery, its a campaign promise. Unless you’re saying “vote for me and I'll forgive your student loans” is bribery.
Trump is not on probation right now, period. Probation is part of sentencing.
The Democrats have spent 8 years telling “the public” that Trump is an existential threat to this country, another Hitler, or worse. It is impossible to do that and not know some mush brained moron will try to play the hero and try to assassinate him.
Again, not an attorney, but I've watched many attorneys take apart this case and it's problems. I've seen both left and right wing attorneys who say this case is doomed as soon as it gets to a competent appelate court that will strictly apply the law, so overturn will quickly follow sentencing.
